 Project : Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway Project.
 Role : Civil Engineer.
 Duration : June 2016 to July 2018.
 Responsibilities:
 Carrying out all post tensioning work of the Bridge Girders. From tendon profiling to the stressing work
of the tendons.
 Carrying out all grouting work after stressing tendons.
 Ensuring the construction is executed according to drawings & specifications.
 Supervising and leading foremen, skilled labor, and work crews in all activities.
 Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time.
 Conducting the concrete work according to the Drawings & Specifications.
 Arranging material inspection before any use. Making sure all the material should be available during the
working time without any delay.
 Quantity take-off records of concrete as per Drawings and site measurements.
 Arranging Manpower, Material and Equipment required at the site.
 Carrying out finishing and repairing work after the post concrete inspection
 Receiving the inspection for tendon profile, materials, post concrete casting inspection etc.
 Co-ordinate day-to-day inspections with the consultant engineer / inspector & ensure testing’s at site for
approvals as per ITPs in line with I.S. codes of practice.
 Clear & effective documentation works -Measuring, recording, reporting & document control of all site
activities.
 Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation & submissions
 Estimating quantities of materials, equipment, and labour to determine project feasibility.
 Detailed Knowledge of Construction principles and standards.
 Using Techniques & Motivating Manpower to reduce the waste & increase cost efficiency.
 Ensuring the workers involved in the work have under gone safety inductions, tool box talks & training as
required for the job and have full PPE.
