    ISO 17025: 2017 Quality Manual Documentation:

    We are more committed than ever to continually improving our superior customer service and becoming the global icon
    for Total Quality in our Intertek Caleb Brett business line.
    In line with this and to assist our laboratories, we have developed a new, generic Quality Manual, internal audit check
    list and detailed user guide, including examples of all site-specific documents and forms required, to meet the ISO/IEC
    17025:2017 standard.
    It is intended that these materials will, in conjunction with support from the Technical & Operational Excellence team,
    greatly simplify the implementation of the quality system at any of our laboratories intending to obtain ISO/IEC
    17025:2017 accreditation.
