NOW HIRING: Impact Innovation Strategist, Office of the CEO

This Job Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your skills and experience with a purpose-driven impact lens to
drive meaningful change in the world? Come help shape strategies as a key member of our small, growing
NewImpact team. Join Coinstar and NewImpact founder, Jens Molbak, to engage leading business and
government innovators, philanthropists, policy experts, and social entrepreneurs to develop and scale new
solutions to pressing problems. This position demands an unusual breadth and depth of skills and we are
excited to find you and have you join us.

Our Purpose:
NewImpact ignites impact by changing the way the world finds opportunities and solves problems.

We forge tri-sector innovation to unleash massive global resources for economic, social, and environmental
progress.

Who We Are:
We are a nonprofit 501c3 organization whose mission is to inspire innovators and enable them to help
transform their companies, non-profits, and government agencies. NewImpact is a high leverage systems
solution for long term systemic change that can make companies stronger, non-profits more effective, and
governments more efficient. A core component of our work is developing a scalable technology platform to
help deliver our set of tools as a transformative public good for all.

Our Approach:
We inspire and enable organizations to 1) repurpose the resources that already exist in each sector, 2) find
innovative ways to align them for better outcomes, 3) harness the sustaining power of aligned self-interests,
and 4) create common benefits through market shifting strategies. This framework results in companies that
work with nonprofits and governments to improve profit and growth of their core businesses and to address
important societal problems. Nonprofits and governments can adopt the same approach.

By adopting a new mindset that re-imagines how goods and services are delivered, we can capture
inefficiencies, enhance effectiveness, and drive positive returns that benefit people around the world.
