    4. Use a tape measure and measure from a fixed point, e.g. the frame. Mark the distance at a space between two
    wheel bolts. Raise/lever up the wheel using e.g. a crowbar and measure the change in position. See the table
    below for measures depending on the amount of play.

    should not have any play.
