    1. Bonus: 1 month Salary as bonus after One Year.

    2. Every weak 1 holiday.


    3. Yearly Festival Holiday- 12 days.
    4. Over Time @ Rs.20 per hours.
    5. After 11 Pm 100/-Extra as Night Charge.
    6. Out Station Charge @250/- per Night.+ Over Time
    7. Salary will be Paid by 2nd day of next month.
    8. One Month Salary in Advance (Periodically).
    9. Replacement of driver should be done after completion of one month and based on availability.
    10. Care Club will not be responsible for any damage during the road accident.
    11. In case of full time driver service CARE CLUB will provide drivers only after the approval by
    members through mail.
    12. Permanent Driver shall be provided to the member within 7-12 working days from the date of
    terms & conditions acceptance.
    13. When the permanent driver will be allotted to a member, he/she should give us the advance
    cheque of the driver salary within 3 working days from the date of driver’s joining.
    14. The permanent driver service will be stopped on and after 3 working days if the driver’s salary
    cheque is not paid in advance.
    15. For part time driver, the members of our company should strictly follow the official time of
    driver request for the next day i.e. from 10am to 8pm. No driver shall be allotted after this official
    time frame. If the member requires driver in the same day, he/she must inform us only through the
    desk number at least 6 hrs before the duty time.
    16. We can replace maximum 3 permanent drivers within a year.
    17. We are committed to provide you all the services which have been committed by our
    representatives as per our brochure. Only in case of driver service, we will provide you the same as
    per above mentioned terms and conditions. Regarding any service problem, we will provide you all
    the service and support from our side but membership cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
    18. For emergency driver service the help line of our company is opened 24 hours, but for
    emergency service the driver rate will be Rs.300 per 6 hrs & after that Rs.50 per hour as over time.
    In case of night service, the organization shall charge Rs.350 after 11pm as night charge &
    conveyance (EMERGENCY SERVICE WILL BE STARTED FROM 8P.M – 9A.M).

    19. Our Part time driver rates are mentioned below:


    Normal Rate: - Rs.140/ 150/ 160 (Small / jeep / executive) for 6 Hours. After 6 hours Rs.20 per
    hour overtime.
    Out station Night charge: - 250.00.
    Night charge within the city will be Rs.100.00 after 11P.M.
    Out station allowance Rs.100.00 (other than greater Kolkata).

    On special occasional dates like Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Holi, X max , New Year etc. the charges
    will be as per as emergency charges.
    20. We have a request please use our drivers only for the driver service.
    21. This terms and conditions will be effective from 01st October, 2010.
    22. Please give us an approval in mail to serve you better and also an acknowledgement in hard
    copy to serve you.

    Fateha-Dohaj-Daham.
    Holi/ Dolyatra
    May Day/Independence Day
    Gandhi Birthday
    Durgapuja (3 Days)
    .
    Diwali
    .
    Id-u-Joha.
    Christmas Day.
    Any type of political Bandh will be treated as holiday.
    N.B:- 1) For any type of queries please contact on our Helpline NO:- 033-3201-5055.
    2) A changes in rules & regulations will be informed to you through E- Mail or letter with
    immediate effect.
    Note : 1) Whatever amount, which is paid to part time driver, will be deducted from the full month
    salary on the basis of 10 hours duty.
