 Scheduling of works and technical reports during shutdown.

direction of engineers.

equipment and systems other than aircraft electronics or instruments.

Preventive Maintenance Inspector: Aug 1987 - 17 Sept 1988

 Daily inspection of all Electrical Equipment and perform Preventive measures if there are
abnormalities
 Preparation of work orders prioritizing of activities during Shutdown.
 Perform monitoring of all work accomplishments being done by maintenance personnel.
 Conduct life tests (burn-ins) on assemblies and record, analyze the results.
 Supervising 15-20 casual employees during shutdown of the plant.
 Periodic Megger Testing of all motors like: Squirrel Cage Induction Motors and DC Motor.
 Replace defective bearings of motors.
 Supervising 3-Electricians and 4 helpers.

Junior Electrical Engineer: 13 May 1986 – 2 Aug 1987

 Assist the Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the preparation of Activities at plant wide in day to day
activities.
 Monitor energy consumption and make a monthly report.
 Assist Chief Electrician during shutdown and handle 10 Personnel to conduct repair like:
replacement of bearings for motors. Replaced damage magnetic contactor and retighten the terminal
blocks.
 Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to Diagnose, test and analyze the
performance of Electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
  Make a bar chart or pert CPM network activities and present to my immediate superior before
shutdown activities to be perform.
 Supervising 5 Electrician and 3 helpers.

Shift Electrician: 2 July 1984 – 12 May 1986

 Responsible in maintaining of all electrical equipment in the Plant being assigned by immediate
supervisor.
 Wiring of controls like Single Push Button, Forward- Reverse Star-Delta and Auto -Transformers.
 Lay-outing of conduit pipes / cables including termination of Lines in medium voltage.
 Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and devices.
 Maintain, repair, install and test switch gears, transformers, Switchboard meters, regulators, and
reactors.
 Maintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, Generators industrial storage batteries and
hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
 Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial
electrical equipment installations
