delivers modular building. Due to high competitive market and many

If I were the marketing manager at the portakabin I would take customers


opinion advice weather it is positive or negative and improve on what they
are pointing out so that the customers feels happy that we listened about
her opinion and will recommend to other people. I would treat customers
with respect and smile on our face and make customer comfortable.

Interacting with your customer, making them comfortable and giving them
good services can increase word of recommendation and it is important
because it helps to increase customer’s loyalty and it increases
recommendation.
