mastery
What’s up guys, Austin Dunham back again with another e-book. I’ve always
been asked how do I stay so motivated and dedicated, well here are my 10
actions steps to motivation mastery. Enjoy.

1. Don’t Compare Yourself

If there is one way to get demotivated then this would be it! Never compare yourself
to the next person. Remember we all are different, that’s what make us unique! So that
means we all progress at different rates. What might take you 3 months to achieve
another person might take 6 months. Doesn’t matter! As long as we get there :)

2. Set Your Goals

Each and every workout session you should be
progressing towards a goal. This keeps training exciting
and it becomes something we look forward to. Never
be content with yourself. (P.S Write 5-10 goals down and
check them off as you go!)

3. Have Passion
Passion will always win. When you are passionate about
something that’s when you know you REALLY want it.
Establish passion and experience success.

4. Become Obsessed
Obsession isn’t always a bad thing! In fact, if I didn’t
become obsessed with fitness I would not be where I
am at today. Learn everything there is to learn about
your craft. Eat, sleep, and breathe it.
5. Follow like-minded People
Scope out people who are into your hobby on all social media and follow them! Each
and every day as you scroll through your feed you will be reminded of how there is
someone out there with the same goals and hobbies as you, and if they’re good, it
could be even more motivating.

6. share Your Progress

Don’t use social media to only follow people. Instead, showcase your progress and what
you are doing! This keeps you accountable and you might end up motivating someone
else who is following you!

7. Take Progress Pictures/Videos

There is nothing more motivating than looking back on an old progress picture or video
and realizing how far you have come. You don’t realize it day by day but pictures don’t
lie! Take weekly to monthly pictures or videos of yourself (and share it too!).
8. Look in The Future
Take a moment and envision yourself in the future. Your best version of yourself. Take
that snapshot in your head and realize that if you are consistent it WILL be you one day.

9. Make it a Lifestyle
Fitness is a lifestyle for me. I’ve stop looking at my progress on a monthly basis. Instead,
I’ve programmed a habit to my body to workout and keep myself healthy. So Should
you.

10. Enjoy the process

You probably heard that the road to success is a journey not a quick trip. It takes time.
Enjoy the ups and downs, and best of all learn from it. Figure out what works best for
you and enjoy the process. Soon you will look back and smile to see how far you have
come.

That’s it! Take these 10 action steps and start implementing them
today to increase your motivation. In the meantime, be sure to
check out my motivation playlist. See you guys in the next one.
Peace.
