    What is the use of MS Word application?
    -Microsoft Word is used to create different types of documents that you can create
    and publish. Microsoft Word contains default document, just like a paper. You can
    type and save your documents by using MS Word. There are pros and cons in using
    the MS Word. Using it is very convenient, this application can be used in mobile
    phones, PCs and laptops. But, it has downsides. Once the data is corrupted, you
    cannot retrieve it anymore.

    What is the use of MS Excel application?


    -The MS Excel is like a digital spreadsheet where you can put data (numerical,
    non-numerical) and use mathematical and logical formulas. Professors use this to
    record students’ scores and grades. It is a very helpful application for anyone who
    encodes and records data.

    What is the use of MS PowerPoint?


    -MS PowerPoint is used to present data orderly by using texts, images, video
    animations, diagrams and many more. This application is every students’ need in
    presenting their reports. Because, we are now in the modern era, no one uses the
    traditional way of presenting anymore. It is very convenient and useful. You can
    even choose your own background which suits your taste, so you can present
    your data with style and finesse.
