    In the morning comes a patient with her husband to the clinic midwife nia to check the
    pregnancy the first visit

    Patient : Good morning


    Midwife 1 : Good morning, come in please sit down.
    Patient : thank you midwife
    Midwife 1 : what can i do for you?
    Patient : I want to check my pregnancy.
    Midwife 1 : ok. What is your name and your husband's name?
    Patient : My name is tina, and my husband's name is riski
    Midwife 1 : what is your age?
    Patient : My age is 21 year old.
    Midwife 1 : Where do you live?
    Patient : I live in siteba.
    Midwife 1 : okey, do you have already children before?
    Patient : Not yet, it is my first time pregnancy
    Midwife 1 : When was the last day of your menstruation.
    Patient : If I'm not mistaken , It was on 2 October 2019
    Midwife 1 : what are you complain now?
    Patient : I feel like always want to throw up get dizzy in the morning
    Midwife 1 : That's what we call morning sickness. It's a command thing that happen during
    the first trimester of pregnancy. So how is it now, do you still morning sickness
    Patient : Yes midwife nia, I still have that morning sickness
    Husband : It's normal midwife nia?
    Midwife 1 : Yes it's. It will be over after your wife have her second trimester
    Husband : oh yeah, What problem it can interfere with the health problem of infant
    Midwife 1 : No, it's normal and not interfere with the ifants
    Husband : Alhamdulillah. That is all normal condition
    Midwife 1 : What do you have a history of the disease first.
    Patient : I don't have a history at the disease.
    Midwife 1 : What do your family have history of the disease
    Patient : No..
    Midwife 1 : Okay next midwife windy will check your vital sign. Midwife sasa please check
    Mrs sasa vital sign !
    Midwife 2 : OK mom.
    Midwife 2 : Mrs sasa please lying on the bad. I will check your condition .
    Patient : OK
    Midwife 2 : first of all roll your sleeve up please. I will measre your blood pressure
    Patient : alright. Like this?
    Midwife 2 : Yes that's right. Well your blood pressure is 120/80 Mmhg, you have normal
    blood pressure.
    Patient : Thank you
    Midwife 1 : What mrs tina had never of laboratory test?
    Patient : Never, What the course of laboratory tests her midwife nia?
    Midwife 1 : Blood tests complete like the HIV, sifilis, hepatitis and urine tests like the
    protein urine.
    Patient : Where I can do of laboratory tests midwife?
    Midwife 1 :In the Public Health Center.
    Patient : Okay midwife nia, I will go to the test lab to the clinic
    Midwife 1 : So, For now will be doing hypodermic injection tetanus toksoid for the
    prevention tetanus shot in the mother and baby later.
    Patient : Okey midwife nia.
    Midwifie 1 : (midwife injection patient)
    Midwife 1 : So here, if a pregnant woman is still in the normal position will not interfere
    with the health and development of both the infant and mothers.
    Husband : So in essence there is no need to worry
    Midwife 1 : Yes correct sir. I keep messages maternal condition, and many do not get too
    tired to eat nutritious foods such as spinach, fruits, reduce the half-cooked food,
    and better to avoid foods that contain preservatives and MSG, because it can be
    danger for mother's womb. my advice if mothers feel nausea and vomiting try to
    eliminate by eating little but often and eat smaller meals at bedtime will usually
    stop in the first trimester.
    Patients :Oh so yes mom thank you for all the solutions that will convey my midwife
    obey.
    Midwife 1 : you have to often control to midwife
    Husband & wife : okay ma’am we thank you. Excuse me ma'am.
