OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
General Objective
To determine the firm feasibility and has a contribution to the economic growth
in the country. To determine the availabity of funds that a firm will utilize in the
operation of the business.
Specific Objective
Market
1. To ensure that the product will be strategically promoted in a very good way in which
it can penetrate into the market.
2. To attract more customers within 5 months of operation.
3. To guarantee that the chosen promotional campaigns will not only benefit the company
but also the customers that will buy the products.
4. To identify the target market of the proposed business.
5. To determine the demand and supply of the product.
Technical
1. To scheme the overall process in the production.
2. To assure the safety and the benefits of the customers.

3. To identify the location of the proposed business with high population.
4. To determine the sources of raw materials needed in making a good quality of printed

Socio-Economic Desirability
The proposed business aims to help the localities of the country and to give a healthy
lifestyle to the people. Nowadays, it is important that small entrepreneurs will realize that starting
a business has a large contribution to the economic desirability of the country.
The researchers consider the whole part of the business especially the social
impact to the community. This will benefit to the following:
The Owners
The owners will be benefited by earning profits and it will help them to improve
their skills and knowledge in managing and operating the business.

The Customers
This study provides the customers a service with high quality customized printed
shirts at affordable prices. The customers will be benefited because this study was
intended for them.
The Suppliers
Suppliers will be benefited because the business will provide a additional income
or profit that they get through supplying a company of the needed materials and
equipment in production.
The Community
The proposed business aims to help in increasing the employment rate in the
community by providing jobs to the people .
The Government
In establishing a business, registration of business is necessary to have permits
and licenses from the government offices to allow them to give service in the community.
The taxes collected in a business by the government help to support the needs of the
public.
The Future Researchers
The future researchers will be benefited in the proposed business by using the
information and the study conducted as their pattern for their research study.
Employment Generation
Poverty is one of the major problems that the Philippines facing today. One
reason of poverty is the large number of unemployed Filipinos in the country and lack of
job opportunities for undergraduates and degree holder individuals. The I.N.K Printing
and Designing Shop will help to lessen the problem by providing job opportunities to the
people, most especially to the municipality of Mamburao.
The business will employ and train employees for them to perform their jobs. In
addition, the business lookin forward to help the municipality of Mamburao, and the
government in utilizing the human resources available.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
Global Warming is one main issues on our environment today. Most of pollution
came from industries and factories that use different kinds of machineries and
equipments. We will assure that the production of our shirts services will not damage,
harm and destroy the environment all the equipments are environmental friendly. The
company makes sure that our garbage’s and waste are properly disposed in a separate
area outside the production area.
Our company is aware on their sense of responsibility in serving the communities.
We are much more focusing on quality and safety of the product and services we offer
and produce that its quantity.

SOURCES OF DATA
The methods in gathering information or data, we used the questionnaire in this
study is a structured one and those questionnaire answered by our target customers which
are the students, different schools around in Mamburao, and the different kind of
occassions. The first part of the questionnaire is consisting of the declaration and the
demographic profile of the participants .
The second part of the questionnaire were containing close ended questions
regarding the I.N.K Printing and Designing Shop which is the name of our proposed
services.
Second part of the questionnaire contains questions regarding for what occasions or
reason they usually order printed shirts. How many printed shirt they usually order was
asked the researcher provided options like 1-10 pcs, 20-50 pcs, 60-80 pcs and etc.
The researcher provide ten questions that needed to be answer by those choosen persons
that may help us to get a reliable information that we able to use in our business. In
answering those questionnaire the respondents has a freedom to ask and give an opinion
or suggestions or any complaints regarding to our research title.
Primary Data
Primary data were gathered from survey derived from target market of the
proposed business, who helped in the conceptualization of the business.

Secondary Data
Secondary data were gathered from books, internet website like google and some
example of feasibility study of graduate students as our basis in doing this research paper.
The sources of data used by the researchers have been a great help in making this
research paper.
Finally the results yielded from these questionnaire were showed the results of
our observation to know if our service proposal will click and patronize by the people
living in the community of Municipality of Mamburao.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
Coloring. Our designs is directly applying an image with color to the t-shirt.
Computer. Is an important machinery we use in our shop to create and provide a food
quality of design t-shirts.
Customers. The major customers of the printing and publishing industry could be the
consumers include households, students, teachers, researchers, professionals, and
political candidates that held some occasions during their campaign.
Demand. It is a customer interest in acquiring goods or services.
Patterning. Our designs apply to t-shirts through painting or printing with resist in
patterns and then coloring the t-shirts.
Printing. The type of service we offer in the community of Mamburao.

Suppliers. Among the major suppliers of the printing and publishing industry across
subsectors are the suppliers of paper, ink, fuel, and printing equipment. Also important
suppliers are companies that provide transportation, electricity, and postal and messenger
services.
Supply. To give or sell needed materials and equipment use in production of I.N.K
Printing and Designing Shop.
Survey Questionnaire. It is a research instrument consisting of a series of questions for
the purpose of gathering information from respondents.
Target market. It is a particular group of consumers at which a service is aimed.
T-shirt. Is the materials we use in our shop where our new design and new ideas where
apply and draw and also being artistic of an individual will show and enhance.
CHAPTER II
MARKET STUDY
Marketing is very important aspect in a business since its contribute greatly to the
success of the organization. The production and distribution largely on marketing. In this
chapter, the topics to be discussed are the market description; demand analysis; supply
analysis; demand and supply analysis; and the marketing strategies including product
strategies, price strategies, promotion strategies, and distribution strategies.
Market Description
In this study, the researcher chose the municipality of Mamburao to be the
location of the proposed business due to some reasons: Mamburao is the capital of
Occidental Mindoro it is consist of 15 Barangays. The municipality of Mamburao lies on
the level area of coastal bank of Mamburao River and extends far beyond into inferior at
the foot of the mountains. The proposed business considers the demographic aspect of the
business such as age, income, and the status of the target market.
According to the PSA, there are 42, 975 residents of Mamburao, Occidental
Mindoro as of 2015. The primary target market of the proposed business will be offered
to the residents of Brgy. 9, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro with a total of population of
10, 706 residents. The secondary target of the proposed business are the nearby Barangay
including Barangay 1 to Barangay 8, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro with a total of
population of. This target market includes students, different school around Mamburao,
different agencies, and employees. They were chosen believing that they need to become
a role model in society by wearing their uniform or printed t-shirts in different occasions
that held in our community.
Demand Analysis
When the population increases the demand also increases. There is always the possibility
of higher and continous increase in the number of people who will be interested and
patronize I.N.K Printing and Designing Shop to feel and experience a good service and
get a good quality of printed shirts.
The people living in the Barangay 9, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro will be
considered as the target market of the proposed business.
The researcher used the Sloven’s formula to get the total number of the target
population of the proposed business to easily determine the number of customers that the
proposed business wants to target through conducting survey and interviews by those
choosen person who will able to answer very well all the given questions in our survey
questionnaire that prepared by the researcher.
Table 1 shows the total target market of I.N.K Printing and Designing Shop in the
municipality of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. The total number of population of Brgy.
9, Mamburao, occidental Mindoro is 10,656 and the growth rate is 1.40% given by the
Philippine Statistics Authority.

CHAPTER III
TECHNICAL STUDY
A. Service Description
The proposed business will provide a quality yet affordable service to every
valued customer. The type of service to every valued customer. The type of service that
the proponents offered is printing and designing of t-shirts.
In t-shirts printing and designing service, the proponent offer a multi-design for
those t-shirts they want. The customers wants is always prioritize by the sop such as
design, color of their t-shirts, and the color of the ink may use in applying the design. The
model of the machine to be used for this service is the Kornit DIG Printer. This epson’s
product offering is claimed to be economical and multifunction inkjet machinery. Given
the lower prices, it is interesting to note how good and useful can these printers for the
achievement of the production. Every t-shirt prices is depend on the size of the design,
kind of layout of a design if it is consist of many drawings and colors.
B. Service Process
To ensure that there will be a good quality of printed shirt, continous and effective
flow of the business operations, the proposed business will follow several steps for its
production process of service with corresponding time on how long each process will
take or consumed.

The following are explanation of the above service process of the business:
1. Start
The customers of the proposed business will enter to inquire inside for the
service offered.
2. Customer Assistance
While inside the printing shop, the employees will assist the customers
about their needed service.
3. Choose a brand of shirt
The employee ask the customers if what kind of brand of shirts they want
use for applying their designs if its yalex, blue corner, danon or etc.
4. Create your design
The design personnel will be the one who has responsibility to layout the
design that use in t-shirts using computers.
5. Choose color codes
If your graphics contain colors other than black or white, you will need to
provide them with the appropriate PMS color codes in order for them to mix the paint and
match your vision
6. Prepare your printer textile
The employee whom is assigned prepare all the machineries needed in the
production to start the process of applying those design in t-shirts. He/she check the ink
level of the printer before they use it.

7. Transfer the design
Once the graphics is done, the printing personnel will transfer the design on
the printer textile use in the production.
8. Print on shirt
Once everything is ready, the shirts are put onto the printing machine and magic
happens.
9. Proceed to the Cashier
The customer will pay for the cashier service rendered it will take two minutes.
The proponent of the I.N.K Printing and Designing Shop will ensure that all
the customers of the printing shop are given the needed assistance upon entrance. All the
necessary materials needed for the process of production is prepared on the time and we
assure that the workplace is always clean for the convenience of the customers who came
to avail the service. The proponents of the proposed service want every customer to feel
that I.N.K Printing and Designing Shop is different from other printer shop that it will
give them satisfaction and good quality product and fast service on its affordable prices.
C. Machinery, Equipment, Furniture, and Fixture
The propose business needed some necessary machineries and equipment to be
the able to operates and get the satisfaction and want of the customers to perform the
service they want once they enter our shop. The other machineries and equipment such as
computer, printer will be purchase from lazada.com.ph. The extension wire use in the
business is four meters long the total amount of all the machineries and equipment is
96,862.00.

The proponents will use the created logo of the proposed business to be the sign of the
building to easy recognize the shop. The business logo use color in light shades to be
more attractive. The toilet bowl in the comport room, florescent lamp, it is already
installed in renting space.

D. Building and Facilities
The proposed business will rent a space with a total area of 20 square meters for 3,500.00
a month. The location of the business is at Brgy.9, Mamburao Occidental Mindoro. The
facilities such as sanitation and power are also provided.
E. Location
The propose business is located near the Occidental Mindoro National high school. It is a
high visibility to customers since it is near the road and there are people and vehicles that
passed every day.
G. Capacity and Scheduling

The above table shows the capacity of the propose business machineries in terms
of printing and designing t-shirts. The computation use by the proponents is based on the
number of pieces of printed t-shirts every hour and multiplied by the number of hours by
the machine will consume a day which is ten (10) hours to be able to get the total pieces
of printed t-shirts produced a day. Then the total number of printed t-shirt produce per
day is multiplied by the numbers of days in a month the business operates which is
twenty seven (27)days to be able to get the total number of printed t-shirts per month and
multiplied by twelve (12) to get the yearly capacity the proponent compute for the
capacity of the shop to determine the projected revenue of the propose service in a year.

The table below shows the daily working schedule of the employees of the
propose business. All employees need to report everyday to the owner and will have 30
minutes allotted for their break time. The propose business will operate from 8:00 am to
7:00 pm it depends upon the consumer demand. Every Sunday will be the day of every
employee.
H. Service Cost
The costing is the part of operating cost which is used in all business that provide
services. For calculating the price of each service, it is every necessary to collect all the
expenses relating to the service offered.

I. Raw Materials and Supplies
The raw materials and supplies are one of the primary considerations to
continually running the production of the proposed business. Since the location of the
business is near in different stores the proponent can easily buy some of the needed
materials and supplies for the operation of the business. The proponents will acquire their
raw materials and supplies in JV Family Mart, Beper Pag-asa and Kanluran branch, and
Aguila Store.

Electricity is the primary utility requirement because the proposed business is printing
shop. The proposed service will greatly need this to operate the machineries and
equipement and it also set the atmosphere at the workplace for its lightning, crude oil is
use to generator, a good water supply can enable the employees to perform task such as
cleaning the area and the comfort room. And for the business to be allotted an specific
amount to get a business permit or license.
