REAL TIME PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
RCC PROJECT:
1. Design of 2BHK Independent House at Samayapuram, Trichy:
Handled this project independently.
Project Details:
The plot area of about [Link] and the built up area of about [Link].
Building was designed in accordance with IS456:2000
Analysis and Design of Plinth beam and columns below the Natural ground level was
done by using STAAD-PRO software.
Analysis and Design of Slab, Footing, Lintel, Sunshade, Staircase was done manually.
Finally, Construction drawing for the all the members in the structure was prepared using
AutoCAD.
STEEL PROJECTS:
1. Checking of STAAD file and OPTIMIZATION of Boiler Supporting Structure:
This project was done as a team work, and the team consists of 2 members.
Project Details:
Height of the structure - 41m with 17 tiers.
This Boiler supporting structure delivers the waste to energy(WTE) of about
11.5MW(Gross)
Required rectifications are done in STAAD file.
Structure was designed in accordance with IS800:1984(WSD) as per the client’s
requirements.
OPTIMIZATION was done by generating the required properties and analyzed through
the corrected STAAD file.
The weight of the structure was considerably reduced from 534 Metric ton to 424 Metric
ton after OPTIMIZATION.
2. Checking of Detailed fabrication drawing for Boiler Supporting Structure:
This project was done as a team work, and the team consists of 10 members.
Project Details:
Height of the structure - 41m with 17 tiers.
A Detailed drawing of the structure provided by the client for checking was prepared
using TEKLA software.
General Arrangement drawings was checked with reference to the STAAD input file of
that structure.
Detailed fabrication drawing for each and every member in the structure and the
connection details was checked by using manual calculation and the correction are
rectified.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:
ANALYSING, PLANING AND PROVIDING VARIOUS SOLUTIONS FOR TRAFFIC
CONGESTION IN PERAMBALUR:
The project was part of my course work in the final year of engineering. I along with three other
students worked as a team in this project. Following are the scope and conclusion of the project,
The area selected for this study was urban road of Perambalur city.
The major critical locations are identified and the traffic characteristics are determined.
By using manual method the traffic volume count survey was carried out for period of 7
days and per day 12 hours and entered in the prepared traffic volume count survey form.
On analysing, finally we proposed the solutions such as roundabouts, traffic signals,
providing new road way, widening of road.
