    PROOF OF FUNDS

    To whom it may concern:

    I hereby attest that my client _ (“Buyer”) has sufficient and liquid


    funds to satisfy the purchase up to 3,000,000 pieces of 3M 1860 masks at the
    purchase price of $ 3.90/pc.

    The request may be fulfilled with partial and/or multiple orders upon Buyer’s approval
    of the final purchase price, Proof of Life, transfer arrangements, logistics, and other
    details to be included in the final Purchase Agreement.

    Commissions will be limited to 10% of the manufacturer sale price. This 10% will be
    split between buyer and seller agent. Agents are encouraged to sign commission
    agreements with these individuals.

    Agent Name has the authority of the Buyer to submit paperwork on their behalf
    regarding the purchase of 3M masks. _______________________(agent or broker
    name) is the Buyer’s procurement agent for this transaction.

    Payment terms to be facilitated by a major bank, or direct attorney to attorney terms


    agreed upon by the parties.

    The Seller’s attorney shall contact me directly to finalize details of this

    transaction.
