Filter media
Microglass (VG)
Multilayer, pleated construction made with synthetic
microglass fiber.
Features:
• High dirt-holding capacity
• High retention of fine contaminants while maintaining per-
formance over the life of the element
• High stability to variable operating pressures and flow rates
• High collapse resistance for added protection
Microglass
Paper (P)
Single layer, pleated construction made with organic cellulose
fiber fleece used for flushing operations.
Paper
Features:
• Removes particulate from heavily contaminated fluids
• Protects pumps with a minimal pressure drop decreasing
the risk of cavitation
• Compatible with a wide range of fluid types

Benefits: For continuous filtration without system shutdown,

Systems sensitivity and The cleanliness of the oil in a hydraulic system is determined
by the micron rating of the filter element, the type of
optimal cleanliness class contamination, and the size and distribution of the particles in
the fluid.
This table presents standard data values. To determine the
actual contamination levels of the oil, it should be analyzed
using established procedures for oil analysis.
