    Removal

    NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

    1. Remove the following items:


    Refer to: Generator - 1.5L Duratec-16V Ti-VCT (81kW/110PS) - Sigma/1.6L Duratec-16V
    (81kW/110PS) (414-02 Generator and Regulator, Removal and Installation).

    2. Torque: 35 lb.in (4 Nm)

    3. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

    10. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

    11. NOTE: Make sure that no strain is placed on the fuel lines and wiring harnesses.
    Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

    13. NOTE: Install all the bolts finger tight before final tightening.
    Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)

    Installation

    1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
