identified usually in radio communications.

Unique ship identification number assigned in accordance with


IMO resolution A.600(15).

Identifier used by maritime digital selective calling (DSC), automatic


identification systems (AIS) and certain other equipment to uniquely identify a
ship or a cost radio station.
This field can contain maximum 9 characters.

Given name of the ship in the ship registry.


This field can contain maximum 35 characters.

Any other information used to identify the ship.


This field can contain maximum 256 characters.

The INMARSAT service registration number. Indicates the location of the ship
by satellite services of Inmarsat.

The 2-digits ISO code for the country in which the ship is registered.
This field must contain 2 characters (example: RO for Romania).

The measure of the overall size of a ship determined in accordance with the
provisions of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships,
1969. The gross tonnage inserted value must be greater than net tonnage
inserted value.

The measure of the useful capacity of a ship determined in accordance with

Summer draft (in metres) is a naval term for the worst-case loaded draft a ship
can have. This field can contain maximum 10 characters.
These characters must be numerical characters or "." character.

Name of port where the certificate of registry was


issued/ State/Location code.
This field must contain exactly 5 characters which should represent the unique
code of the port (exemple: ROAGI for Agigea).
Two-letter country code as defined in ISO 3166-1 + three-letter location code
as defined in UNECE R16.

Number of the certification of registry.

Date of issue of the ship’s certificate of registry.


The date must be written in the following format: "[DD/MM/YYYY]",
