GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The terms and articles after delivery shall remain the property of DATASHIELD until FULL PAYMENT thereof. 2. DATASHIELD reserves the right to pull out the items if no payment is made within the period agreed upon. 3. Partial/Full Order Cancellation Penalty shall be seventy (70%) of the total contract price. Cancellation of order in partial or in full amount is within 7 days after order notification, otherwise total contract price is to paid in full amount. 4. Interest of twelve percent (12%) per annum will be charged on all overdue accounts. 5. Parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the court of Pasig City, on any legal action arising out of this proposal. 6. An additional twenty five percent (25%) of the amount due will be charged by the vendor for attorneys’ fees and the cost of collection.
Fifty (50) percent of the contract value, should be paid after receipt of confirmed order and balance of remaining percentage should be billed based on the progress of the delivery or service rendered until completion.
