    Dear Sir/Madame,

    I received your request and I want you to know that you are welcome to
    participate on our multinational exercise Scorpion Fury 19 on 15 february 201,
    between 9-11 a.m.. Aproximately 1,800 soldiers from Romania and other NATO
    Allies, in addition to 250 pieces of equipment, are involved in the exercise.

    During Scorpion Fury 18, troops from the participating countries conducted
    computer assisted training as well as carried out a series of live-firing and other field
    training activities at Cincu combat training centre. The drills aimed to asses and
    evaluate the readiness level of South-East Multinational Brigade Headquarters.

    You are allowed to come about 30 observers and I beg you to send me your
    personnel dates from your card id for getting you clearance in the base until 1
    february 2019.

    After the exercise we will organise a small party to celebrate the fact that we are
    all reunited. The party will take place in Brasov, at the military house at 8 pm. Please
    let me know if you want to stay. Also you have a lot of historical place to visit in
    Brasov like Black Church, Tampa, Piata Sfatului.

    Considering the participation of the observers, I think they would like to see the
    soldiers serving means firing antitank battalion, the actions of the artillery troups and
    also the firing with the antitank grenade launcher. A very important moment would
    represent the fighting machines ”Piranha” and the armored amphibious conveyors
    TABC-79 and the have to listens the unmistakable melodic line of guns with 14,5 mm
    and 7,62 mm. In the end they should catch in the sky the airplanes F-16 overflying the
    field.
    For keeping the observers safe I think we should wait them in the base with a bus
    and drive them to the field, after that we have 5 military to always keep an eye on
    them and we placed a special and safety place.After the exercise finished, the same
    military will take care to get all of them in the bus and drive them back in the base.

    Subject: Dicipline problems in the armed forces

    Considering we are in the military, the discipline problems should never show, but
    because of many reasons that we are not very proud, it took place. The main cause of
    the problem of discipline is alcohol consumption during working hours. This has
    often led to the violation of the rule through the execution of the drunk service, the
    disobedience of the superior which seems to destabilize the system, the failure to
    perform the duties of duty, the incitement to the violence of his colleagues and
    definitely the suicide.
    In order to eliminate the problem, we will consider testing the etiological test at
    the entrance and exit of the unit as well as investigating family situations, considering
    that many of these cases are due to family problems.
    We will propose to those concerned to consult with specialists in the field and not
    hesitate to ask for our help whenever it is needed, but we will research in detail the
    problems and if the one who will not want to do all we ask them, will be dismissed.
    We hope that this will be the last discipline problem in the armed force because
    the main mission is our country security and those situations only destabilize or
    system.
