    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, BIENVENIDO C. DUMAPIAS, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of


    San Gerard Heights Subd., Tacloban City do HEREBY, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
    APPOINT ALLAN C. DUMAPIAS, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident of
    san Gerardo Heights Subd., Tacloban City to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in
    my NAME, PLACE and STEAD to do the following acts, TO:

    1. REPRESENT me in my behalf in all matters pertaining to the


    settlement of my loan with the defunct Banco Filipino;

    2. FACILITATE the settlement of said loan with Philippine Deposit


    Insurance Corporation;

    3. PAY any amount of fees required and/or charges in relation to the


    authorities above given;

    4. SUBMIT the other documentary requirements pursuant to the purpose


    above;

    5. EXECUTE and SIGN any documentary requirements in my behalf for


    the purposes and pursuant to the authorities above mentioned;

    6. FURTHER AUTHORITY is given to the attorney-in-fact to DO ALL


    NECESSARY ACTS, should the same be essential to my advantage;

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and
    perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
    the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
    present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact, shall lawfully
    do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
