Often counted amongst the most-networked entrepreneurs of India, Deepshikha is at the helm of
making a global mark with her startup - SpeakIn, Asia’s largest network of business experts and
thought leaders. One of the most respected women entrepreneurs in the region, Deepshikha is the
winner of 2020 Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs by Ministry of MSME Government of India and 2019
and 2017 Asia Women Icon Award Singapore, which celebrates Excellence in Entrepreneurship.
Deepshikha is a TEDx speaker. She is an author and an avid guide on building excellence in speech,
Deepshikha recently finished her first book titled '101 Lessons to be a Damn Good Speaker!' - the
official SpeakIn guide to becoming a five-star speaker. Most relevant for professional and aspiring
speakers alike.
Deepshikha is a B.Tech. in IT from Delhi University and is an alumnus of the ISB, Hyderabad and the
Wharton School of Business. She is also a bonafide Member of TiE - Global and Young FICCI Ladies
Organization and continues to inspire young entrepreneurs with her zeal and her entrepreneurial
spirit. Passionate about education, Deepshikha serves as an honorary faculty for leading Business
Schools and writes actively on industry interests for Economic Times and association journals. Some

Rajeev is Co-founder and COO of Numberz - a cloud based, B2B Accounts Receivable and
Collections Automation platform - that is powered by machine learning. It helps enterprises
reimagine the way they handle and manage their receivables - the people, the process, the works!
Working in tandem with the existing ERP/CRM solutions, numberz ensures that the enterprises can
dip into the easiest and the most profitable source of working capital - their own unpaid invoices!
With backing from marquee investors like Sequoia Capital, Vinod Khosla and Kae Capital - numberz
is being used by 150+ enterprise customers.
Rajeev helps numberz achieve its objectives by leading the GTM efforts that span Business
Development, Marketing and Strategic Alliances. With 14 years of rich experience in
Technology, FMCG & Automotive sectors, he has worked with SAS India, Coca Cola, Ford
India & Tata Motors.
A dual major in Marketing and IT from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. When he is not marshalling his troops, he can be
spotted with a history book, behind the lens of his camera or like a true blue South Indian,
savoring his favourite filter coffee.
Sam Subramaniam
As CEO of Brand Capital, he leverages brand-led growth and value creation via unique and
pioneering investment models. Brand Capital is the $4 billion Strategic Investment arm of The
Times Group, India’s largest and oldest media conglomerate. Under his leadership, Brand
Capital has invested nearly $1 billion in over 250 companies across all consumer verticals of
India. Sammy has also completed the largest Exits by Brand Capital during the past 2-years.
Earlier, he founded a Family Office – Sprout Growth Advisors and several Investment Funds
that managed over US$4 billion in investments over a 12-year period. He has also held
leadership positions at Houlihan Lokey, American Express, Goldman Sachs and Booz Allen
Hamilton. He has also been an Economic Advisor to the Dalai Lama’s Central Tibetan
Administration.
