    Input User name and Password to Log in:

    Requestor and Local Finance Business has access to Customer_Opening_Intro_New queue for r
    Click on New to create a New request:

    Omniflow request form will open, Input the details.

    Mandatory Fields Highlighted

    Note :we are arranging to highlight the mandatory fields in Omniflow


    Mention Billing address

    In Case Shipping address is different from Billing address


    To Attach documents click on Document

    Then Click on Import Document

    Then Choose File


    Document list will show as below:
    3 Levels approvals
    Email will float to respective approvers along with Case Id. Approver can either approve

    Click Introduce, once the request form is completed:


    After all 3 approvers have approved the case, email will come to SSO to create/amend the Cu

    Once SSO has created the customer, SSO to Input Customer code in Omniflow.

    Email will flow to requestor along with Customer code.

    Email will be flow to all levels of approvers.

    Email Sample as below:
