complaint originally filed by the offended party, accuses RODANTE MARCOLETA of the crime of MURDER, committed as follows:
That on or about 19 November 2019 in Quezon City,
Philippines, within the jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there, with malice aforestated and with deliberate intent to take the life of JUAN CRUZ, willfully, unlawfully, feloniously, suddenly, unexpectedly, and treacherously, attack the latter with a carving knife, first wounding her in the chest, and afterwards, when enfeebled and unable to defend herself, again in the stomach, both wounds being necessarily mortal, thereby causing the direct and immediate death of said Juan Cruz.
