History & Necessity: Two no. office complexes (Block 1 and Block 2) are under possession of
Pakal Dul HEP. Project works are being operated from the main Office
Complex building (Block-1). This building does not have sufficient office
accommodation for even present strength of the Project. Due to which,
Project is facing the difficulties to allocate the office space to the newly
joined staff. Office building (Block-2) near the main office complex is not in
use since many years. At present, condition of this building is not good and
hygienic to accommodate the officers and employee of Project. The wall of
rooms, plaster, floor tiles and whitewash/distempering of office building
became old and dilapidated.
Accordingly, an estimate for the above said work has been prepared as per
JKSOR-2012 with correction factor @96.81% including GST @18% and
Cess 1%. The total financial implication for above said work comes to
Rs. 13, 64, 095/-(Including all taxes).
- Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in:
Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level in (i) for
new toilet in room no. 1, closing of window, main toilet extension wall.
- RCC in lintels 1:2:4:Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels of door and windows
including centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse
sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)
- Plastering work on walls: 20mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat
cement of mix: 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on new room walls, Wall to close Door, toilets
etc.
- Flooring work: Wooden flooring of 12 mm thick Second class teak wood including fixing
with iron screws complete/Laminated in rooms.
Fixing of vitrified floor tiles of size 60x60cm and 8-10 mm thick (double charged) laid
in room, CGM’ toilet, outer verandah and stairs. Tiles laid on on 20mm thick cement
mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement
and matching pigments etc.
Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick laid on 20 mm thick bed of
cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on left and right parapet of entry stair.
Cement Concrete Flooring 1:2:4 in the front entry portion, main and lower roof joints.
- Door: Fixing of three nos. chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats
in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts embedding holdfasts in cement concrete
blocks of size 15x1 Ox1 O cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand: 6
graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) painting two coats of approved wood
preservative to ' sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as
required complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters
lead: Door chowkhats.
Painting on G.S. sheet of verandah with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and
manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.-Old work (one or more coats).
- Fittings and fixtures: Aluminum fittings in doors, window and ventilators of approved IS
1868.
- Internal Sanitary and water supply: All the fitting, fixtures of water supply and sanitary
are of IS approved make including hindware, paraware etc. External sanitary system viz.
brick masonry manhole, soak pit etc. shall be made.
- Repair of ply wood ceiling: Old damaged plywood will be removed and fixing of hard
board ceiling of 4mm thick.
Above repair works shall be carried out in accordance to specification mentioned in the Bill of
quantities.
Rates : JKSOR-2012 with correction factor @ 96.81% plus GST @18% and Cess
1%.
Mode of Execution : The work shall be got executed through open tender basis.
Time of Completion : 90 days from the date of issue of the letter of award.
Name of work : Hiring of water tanker (Capacity 8000 litre) for Hotel Hayat, Malipath,
Kishtwar for a period of two months.

History & Necessity: Staff of Pakal dul HEP are residing in Hotel Hayat. So as to fulfilling the water
requirement of staff and canteen, water shall be supplied through water tank
in hotel hayat by the Project as per terms and conditions for hiring of
accommodation for Pakal Dul HE Project. In order to meet the said
requirement, an estimate for hiring of water tanker for hotel hayat for an
amount of Rs. 1,48,000/- has been framed.
Mode of Execution : The work shall be got executed through work order basis.
Time of Completion : 12 months from the date of issue of the letter of award.
Name of work : Supply of water through water tanker (capacity 8000 litre) at Hotel Hayat,

Estimated Cost : Rs. 1, 60,528/- (One lac sixty thousand five hundred twenty eight

History & Necessity: The condition of distempering/painting of numerous offices of this
building is become old and dilapidated. Due to rainfall water dipping,
roof ceiling ply was damaged in main hall and P&C office of this building.
For providing good, hygienic and workable office space to the Project
Staff, there is need to carry out painting/distempering works including
repair of damaged ceiling at several places.
In view of above, an estimate for the above said work has been framed
on basis JKSOR-2012 with correction factor @96.81% including GST
@18% and Cess 1%. The total financial implication comes to Rs. 1,
60,528/- -(Including all taxes).
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand in the ceiling, door and
windows of Room 1, 3, 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13, pantry and Passage.
Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture
to give an even shade.-Old work (one or more coats) in CGM Room, main hall, Server
room, CGM Secretariat, main entrance, Passage to HR & hall, Power House room, dam
room, Fin. Room, HR room, DGM Dam room, P&C room.
Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface
on washroom rear side and lower portion of front wall of building.
Water proofing cement paint of required shade - one or more coats applied @2.20
kg/1O sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/1 0 sqm complete
including cost of priming coat shall be carried out on the all outer side of building.

Pakal Dul HE Project are facing the acute shortage of low line staff viz.
technical assistant/record keepers/helpers. Accordingly, HR Div. has
submitted the requirement of 12 nos technical staff/ record keepers and 13
nos. helpers for smooth functioning of Project actvities.
Performing any combination of duties viz. collect & distribute the files and paper from one
deptt to another deptt., delivering oral and written massages etc.

Project. Out of which, one office building fully occupied and 2 nd office
building is almost half vacant. At present Geology wing, vigilance wing,
Quality Control Department and land consultant staff are sitting there.
These vacant rooms are not in use of many years. The condition of floor
tiles and whitewash/distempering of office building become old and
dilapidated. Due to non-availability of good, hygienic and workable office
space, Project is facing the difficulties to allocate the seating
space/arrangement to recently joined Officers/Staff.
As such, there is need to renovate this office building for providing good,
hygienic and workable office space to the Project Staff.
Accordingly, an estimate for the above said work has been prepared as per
JKSOR-2012 with correction factor @96.81% including GST @18% and

History & Necessity: 98 nos. securities personal is to be deployed at Dul site. CVPP shall provide
congenial accommodation free of cost to the security coy deployed with

construction of security barracks is under tendering process and it is
expected that construction of security barracks shall be completed by Jan-
19. Till construction of security barracks, Project has to provide the
congenial accommodation to security personal and security officers of

renovate them.

History & Necessity: Power house main package work shall be start by end of Mar-2018. The
work of construction of Portal of Main Access Tunnel (MAT) and road from
bailey suspension bridge to TBM Adit are already under execution. There
are no site offices at Power House site. Therefore it is necessary to establish
the site offices for supervision/monitoring the site activities.
Flooring in rooms includes 23 Cm thick stone pitching, 100 thick PCC 1:4:8, 40 mm thick
CC 1:2:4 and 12 mm thick wooden flooring.
Flooring in toilets and bath area etc includes 23 Cm thick stone pitching, 100 thick PCC
1:4:8, 40 mm thick with ceramic glazed tiles.
Roofing and ceiling: 2nd class Kail wood work in frames of false ceiling.
Fittings and fixtures: Aluminum fittings in doors, window and ventilators of approved IS
1868.
Internal Sanitary and water supply: All the fitting, fixtures of water supply and sanitary
are of IS approved make including hindware, paraware etc. External water supply and
sanitary system shall be prepared separately.

Scope of Work : - The brief details of the work covered under the scope is enumerated as

A: Daily Jobs: -
(ix) Up keeping of the office premises i.e. Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping/ wiping
of floors, up keeping of all toilets, collection of waste paper from all rooms
& paper baskets, dusting and cleaning of furniture, cleaning and dusting of
