ASUGAL ALBI Soaping auxiliary with dispersing properties for later treatment of dyeing and printing.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION • Reactive dyestuffs soaping in continuous and discontinuous process. • Applicable to reducing washing process after dyeing with dispersing dyestuffs. • It is specially indicated for later treatment of PES-lycra articles, improving washing fastness with solvents. • Its great dispersing and anti-backstaining power makes the product highly effective in later washing of vat and sulphur dyestuffs dyeing. • Suitable for later printing washings made with soluble dyestuffs. • Due to its effectiveness and high concentration, it is also effective at low dosage.
CHARACTERISTICS Appearance: Transparent liquid. Composition: Polyglycolic ether of fatty amine modified. Ionic character: Slightly cationic pH at 10%: 6,5 ± 1 Solubility: Good in cold water at any ratio. Compatibility: Anionic: Good. Non ionic: Good. Cationic: Good.

Continuous soaping of reactive dyestuffs:
1 – 2 gr./l ASUGAL ALBI
*At temperature and together with specific products in each process.
Soaping of reactive dyestuffs:
Rinse with cold water to eliminate salt. Rinse with hot water. Soaping:
0,25 – 1 gr/l ASUGAL ALBI
20 minutes at 100ºC. Drop, if necessary repeat the process. Rinse hot and warm water.
Cold water 0,5 – 1 gr/l ASUGAL ALBI Water at 100 ºC 0,5 – 1 gr/l ASUGAL ALBI If necessary, repeat the bath Rinse with water at 50 ºC Rinse with cold water
