    record of investigation relative to the case for Frustrated Murder, RA 10591
    Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition  and Illegal Possession of Deadly

    FACTS OF THE CASE:

    That, On January 1, 2020 at about 4:50AM, Station Tactical Operation Center


    (STOC) received a cellular phone called from duty Civil Security Unit (CSU) of Butuan City
    Medical Center that there was a victim of shooting incident lodge thereat which was
    transpired at Barangay Camayahan, Butuan City. PCPT RODEL R DORADO together
    with patrol section and duty investigator proceeded to Butuan City Medical Center for
    investigation.
    Investigation conducted revealed that the victim identified as Antony Salcedo Tajale, 20
    years old, 1st year college student of Caraga State University (CSU) and a resident of P-4,
    Brgy. Camayahan, Butuan City, while having a conversations and singing together with
    their friends at Basketball Covered Court in aforesaid Barangay. Suspect Michael Ganade
    Gregorio, 27 years old, single, laborer and a resident of P-3, Brgy. Camayahan, Butuan
    City, approached them and looking for trouble. Then, without any apparent reasons
    suspect drawn his revolver .38 caliber from his right waist and pointed directly to the victim
    and squeezed the trigger but it is misfire. Victim turned the direction of firearm but said
    suspect squeeze and shot the former hitting on his left arm near on his bicep and lower left
    armpit portion. Attending physician Dr. Frederick A Padilla, MD turned over the unknown
    fragment of bullet specimen and treated the victim as out-patient.
    The PNP responding team conducted follow-up investigation and hot pursuit operation
    that resulted in the arrest of suspect on same date at about 7:00AM in P-3, Brgy.
    Camayahan, Butuan City and confiscation of his Revolver 38 caliber loaded with six (6)
    unfired cartridges and five unfired cartridge of revolver .38 caliber and one improvised
    arrow with eight pieces of arrowhead recovered from his possession and control.
