Business Structure :
As an india developing country and also india just got digital
revolution so many startups have registered and also in monetization stage . The hierarchial
positions is different in india and france . The main crucial person like chairman or director
will take the decisions most in case there will be no board meeting . Superior power
authority in business will implies to the owner or the managing directors . Here in france its
much flat company structure every employee is given creative freedom and also other
employee listens and respect the decisions which made by others . Punctuality in india is
much more complexed because most of the dense population its like less punctual is very
common and also every body will face the getting late in office situation very often . As a
developing country india offices still uses paper work as crucial . This is very time taking and
also risk if its lost , in the france most of the work is technology oriented this gives very less
oppurtunity to carry paper work .
In france employees have laws that will help to live in quality life where as in personal and
work life . Every employee will get paid if he/she works for overtime .
Daily chores :
India has the large number of population which indirectly means the
availability of labour services is very cheap like cleaning of house , washing , gardening ,
electrical and car problems . This is not the scenario in the France the availability of skilled
labour is expensive . It is very common people do these house works by their own . Which
also leads to more cost .

Language Speaking :
France mostly speak french and in some parts people speak spanish .
Not this case in india we have a lot of languages telugu , tamil , hindi , marathi etc … there is
a quote saying “billion people million languages “ I agree with the quote in india people
speak language according to their geographical locations . In north most people speak hindi
when we consider south india telugu and tamil is most common language . At , first I was
very confused in paris because most of the language is in french but later on I started to
think it gave me best opportunity to learn french . Now , I am very much comfortable with
french language daily I am learning new words and trying to form sentences .
