Swagelok AFS ball valves are designed for high-pressure, high-flow applications of alternative fuels like hydrogen and compressed natural gas. They have high flow rates, wide pressure and temperature ratings, and all wetted components are compatible with alternative fuels.

Swagelok AFS ball valves are used in alternative fuel applications like hydrogen and compressed natural gas systems that require handling of high pressures and flows.

Swagelok AFS ball valves are certified to ANSI/AGA NGV 3.1/CGA 12.3-95 and ANSI/IAS NGV 4.6/CGA 12.56 standards for working with compressed natural gas and hydrogen up to 6000 psig and temperatures from -40 to 250°F.
