1.Preparartion of Weekly Contextualized  Conduct monthly SLAC session per
Modules anchored subject area handled regarding this
matter
 Agree and make uniform contextualized
modules anchored to MELC

2. Reproduction of Learning Materials and  Maximize the use of available resources


Modules such laptops, printer, ink and bond
papers.
 Maximize the use of MOOE fund allotted
for this concern.

3. Quality of Instruction and Learning  Queries and clarifications about the


lesson will be entertained via SMS and
Messenger.
 Return checked modules with
corrections/ explanations of the item
found incorrect.
 Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress
and achievement using learner
attainment data

4. Difficulty in Independent Learning  Encourage learners to have a ‘study


buddy/partner’
 Motivate parents to assist/ support their
children in the learning process
 Ask for the assistance of the Chairman
of the Committee on Education in the
barangay to monitor the learners and
provide basic educational supplies like
paper, pen and notebook.
5. Distractions (Social Media, community Social Media

 Have a foot bath before entering the
classroom
 Observe social distancing
 The school must provide thermal
scanner and hand sanitizer

1.Preparartion of Weekly Contextualized  Meet with teachers in respective
Modules anchored subjects
 Brainstorm and come up an agreement
as to what skills to be prioritized
 Chronologically arrange the skills to be
developed in every macro skill from easy
to difficult.
 Plan the making of modules two weeks
before the implementing time. The
subject teacher is the in-charge of
making the module
 Utilize the local/indigenous materials
 Be checked and approved by the subject
coordinator and school head before it is
to be finally printed.

2. Reproduction of Learning Materials and  Request for a set bond paper and ink
Modules from the office for reproduction.
 Each subject teacher is in charge for
each module
 Ask the assistance from ADAS in the
reproduction of learning
materials/modules.
 Proofread a copy before it is to be
bounded.
 There must be a retrieval after each use
for our future use.
 Provide students with their working
sheets.
3. Quality of Instruction and Learning  Meet students online for instructions of
learning as well as queries.
 Constant monitoring on the progress of
the assigned lesson.
 Set schedule of retrieval of modules.
 Check its work and identify the least
learned skills found in the test results
 Meet students face to face once in a
month observing social distancing to
address the problem of understanding
the lesson.
 Conduct post-test after each module.
 Report to student and to parents the
progress/failure of the home study
4. Difficulty in Independent Learning  Talk to family of the student learning
situation
 Apply big bro and sis for enforcement of
teaching the lesson in the house
 Teacher must always be accessible in
teaching online and in answering
queries from students
 Ask students to list down the names
who assist their learning.

 Make the module comprehensive and
understandable.
