Tablets

Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Diosmin 450 mg
Hesperidin 50 mg

Therapeutic Activity:
Venotonic and vasculoprotective agent.

Indications:
It is indicated for treating of venous circulation disorders (varicose veins) characterized by:
swollen legs, pain, restless legs and for treating symptoms due to acute hemorrhoidal attack and
chronic hemorrhoidal disease.

Precautions:
-Acute hemorrhoidal attack:
If the hemorrhoid symptoms do not disappear within 15 days, consult your physician.
-Venous circulation disorders:
The most effective way of giving this treatment is in combination with a healthy lifestyle. Avoid
exposure to the sun, heat, excessive standing and being overweight. Walking and wearing
special support stockings stimulate blood circulation.

Side Effects:
Some cases of minor gastrointestinal disorders may occur, but this never required cessation of
treatment.

Drug Interactions:
If you are taking another medicine concomitantly or if you have just finished treatment with
another medicine inform your physician in order to prevent hazards or lack of efficacy resulting
from drug interactions.

Do not take this medicine without consulting your physician before starting treatment:
If you are pregnant or during breast feeding.

To Avoid Poisoning:
1. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
2. If an excessive dose is taken, or if a child swallowed the medication accidentally, seek help at
an emergency and take the remaining medicine with you.
3. Do not induce vomiting without consulting the physician.
4. Do not take your medication in the dark, always read the label and make sure you are using
the right medication.
5. Always notice the expiry date and never use the medicine after that date.
6. Avoid exposure of the drug to excessive heat and humidity during storage.
7. Use the drug only as prescribed. In the case any adverse effect not mentioned in the leaflet
develops, discontinue use and consult your physician.
Recommended dosage unless otherwise directed by your physician:
Take tablets with a glass of water at meal times. Do not chew or crush the tablets.
• Chronic venous diseases: 2 tablets daily, one at midday and one in the evening.
• Hemorrhoidal diseases:
- Acute hemorhoidal attack: 6 tablets daily for 4 days, followed by 4 tablets daily over the next
3 days then two tablets thereafter . All doses must be taken in 2
intervals (day & night).
- Chronic hemorrhoids: 2 tablets daily, one at midday and one in the evening for 2-3 months.

Missed Dose:
- Take the missed dose as soon as you remember, unless it is the time for your next dose, skip the
missed one and continue as your regular dose schedule.
- Do not double the dose.

Storage:
Store at a temperature between 15-30ºC.

‫ﻳﺳﺗﺧﺩﻡ ﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﺿﻁﺭﺍﺑﺎﺕ ﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺭﻳﺩﻳﺔ )ﺩﺍء ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍﻟﻲ( ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺗﺷﺧﺹ ﺏ‪ :‬ﺍﻧﺗﻔﺎﺥ ﺍﻻﺭﺟﻝ‪ ،‬ﺃﻟﻡ‪ ،‬ﺷﻌﻭﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﺗﻌﺏ‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﺭﺟﻝ‪ ،‬ﻛﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺳﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺑﺎﺳﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻣﺯﻣﻥ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻻﺣﺗﻳﺎﻁﺎﺕ‪:‬‬
‫‪ -‬ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺳﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﺣﺎﺩ‪:‬‬
‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﻟﻡ ﺗﺧﺗﻔﻲ ﺃﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺑﺎﺳﻭﺭ ﺧﻼﻝ ‪ 15‬ﻳﻭﻡ ﻋﻠﻳﻙ ﻣﺭﺍﺟﻌﺔ ﻁﺑﻳﺑﻙ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -‬ﺍﺿﻁﺭﺍﺑﺎﺕ ﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺩﻡ ﺍﻟﻭﺭﻳﺩﻳﺔ‪:‬‬
‫ﻟﻠﺣﺻﻭﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ﺍﻓﺿﻝ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﺝ ﻋﻠﻳﻙ ﺍﺗﺑﺎﻉ ﻧﻅﺎﻡ ﺣﻳﺎﺗﻲ ﺻﺣﻲ‪ .‬ﺗﺟﻧﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﺭﺽ ﻷﺷﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺷﻣﺱ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻭﻗﻭﻑ ﻟﻔﺗﺭﺍﺕ ﻁﻭﻳﻠﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻭﺯﻥ ﺍﻟﺯﺍﺋﺩ‪ .‬ﻳﺳﺗﺣﺳﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﻲ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺗﺩﺍء ﺟﻭﺍﺭﺏ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻟﺩﻋﻡ ﻭﺗﻧﺷﻳﻁ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺩﻣﻭﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻷﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺟﺎﻧﺑﻳﺔ‪:‬‬
‫ﻗﺩ ﺗﺣﺩﺙ ﺇﺿﻁﺭﺍﺑﺎﺕ ﻫﺿﻣﻳﺔ ﺧﻔﻳﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺫﻩ ﻻ ﺗﺗﻁﻠﺏ ﺗﻭﻗﻑ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺎﻋﻼﺕ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻻﺩﻭﻳﺔ‪:‬‬

‫ﺍﺫﺍ ﻛﻧﺕ ﺗﺳﺗﺧﺩﻡ ﺩﻭﺍ ًء ﺁﺧﺭﺍ ً ﻓﻲ ﻧﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﺕ ﺍﻭ ﺍﻧﺗﻬﻳﺕ ﻣﺅﺧﺭﺍ ً ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺑﺩﻭﺍء ﺍﺧﺭ ﺍﻋﻠﻡ ﻁﺑﻳﺑﻙ ﺑﺫﻟﻙ ﻟﺗﺟﻧﺏ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺧﺎﻁﺭ ﺃﻭ ﻗﻠﺔ ﻧﺟﺎﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻧﺗﺞ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺗﻔﺎﻋﻼﺕ ﺑﻳﻥ ﺍﻷﺩﻭﻳﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻻ ﺗﺳﺗﺧﺩﻡ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﺳﺗﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﻁﺑﻳﺑﻙ ﻗﺑﻝ ﺑﺩء ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ‪:‬‬

‫ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﻧﺕ ﺣﺎﻣﻼ‪ ،‬ﻭ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﺭﺿﺎﻉ‪.‬‬

‫ﻟﺗﺟﻧﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﺳﻣﻡ‪:‬‬
‫‪ .1‬ﺍﺣﻔﻅ ﺍﻻﺩﻭﻳﺔ ﺑﻌﻳﺩﺍ ً ﻋﻥ ﻣﺗﻧﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻳﺩﻱ ﺍﻻﻁﻔﺎﻝ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬ﺍﺫﺍ ﺗﻧﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺟﺭﻋﺔ ﺯﺍﺋﺩﺓ ﺍﻭ ﺍﺫﺍ ﺗﻧﺎﻭﻝ ﻁﻔﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺧﻁﺄ ﻳﺟﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﻭﺟﻪ ﻣﺑﺎﺷﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻗﺳﻡ ﺍﻟﻁﻭﺍﺭﺉ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﺍﺧﺫ ﺍﻟﻛﻣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺑﻘﻳﺔ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء‪.‬‬
‫‪ .3‬ﻻ ﺗﺣﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﺣﺩﺍﺙ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻳﺅ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﺳﺗﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻁﺑﻳﺏ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .4‬ﻻ ﺗﺗﻧﺎﻭﻝ ﺩﻭﺍءﻙ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻅﻼﻡ ﻭ ﺍﻗﺭﺃ ﺍﻟﺗﻌﻠﻳﻣﺎﺕ ﻟﺗﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﺍﻧﻙ ﺗﺄﺧﺫ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﺍﻟﻣﻧﺎﺳﺏ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .5‬ﺗﺄﻛﺩ ﺩﺍﺋﻣﺎ ً ﻣﻥ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺔ ﺻﻼﺣﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﻭﻻ ﺗﺄﺧﺫ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﺑﻌﺩ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .6‬ﺗﺟﻧﺏ ﺗﻌﺭﻳﺽ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﻟﻠﺣﺭﺍﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺭﻁﻭﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺷﺩﻳﺩﺗﻳﻥ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻓﺗﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺗﺧﺯﻳﻥ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .7‬ﺗﻧﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﺍء ﺣﺳﺏ ﺍﻟﻭﺻﻔﺔ ﻓﻘﻁ‪ .‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻅﻬﻭﺭ ﺃﻱ ﺍﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﺟﺎﻧﺑﻳﺔ ﻏﻳﺭ ﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻧﺷﺭﺓ‪ ،‬ﺗﻭﻗﻑ ﻋﻥ ﺍﺳﺗﺧﺩﺍﻡ‬
