UN1TY HDMI TV DEVICE

USER-GUIDE

QUICK CONNECT

1. Plug the HDMI TV device directly into the TV's HDMI socket
or via the HDMI extension cable if required.

2. Connect your Keyboard/Mouse remote control to the USB port

3. Connect the device to a USB port on your TV or the included


power supply.

4. Select the HDMI channel on your TV and follow on-screen


menu for first-boot to set up the device and wireless connection.

Note: The UN1TY app is pre-installed on your device along with


other apps. After the first-boot, your device can also be used
similar to a PC. Enjoy.

USING THE UN1TY APP
1. In the WELCOME screen, select your location.

2. Select your WI-FI and enter password.

3. Enter Google settings (optional)


4. Personalise device (enter your names)
5. Login into app with your existing username/password or
sign-up for a new account if you are not an existing user.
6. Select Provider (usually DEFAULT except your ISP is listed).

Notes: You should see the screen as shown below.


The BUY CHANNELS button can be used to purchase premium
channels when available.

CHANNELS - access to available LIVE TV channels
ON DEMAND - access to the videos on-demand (free/paid)
PVR – Personal Video Recorder

CHANNELS – lists channels on scrollable right-hand panel
TWITTER - access to your twitter account once set up
EPG – Electronic Programming Guide (ready for future use)

SETTINGS
LOGOUT – click to log out of your account
CHANGE PROVIDER – select another ISP
CHANGE FONT SIZE – change in-app twitter font size
MY WALLET – display account credits / purchase points.

NOTES
1. In-app payments are via credit cards/PAYPAL

2. You can also LOGIN at http://www.un1ty.tv to make purchases

3. Purchases made are immediately available on ALL your devices


4. A maximum of TWO devices can be simultaneous logged in to
the same account
5. All purchased onDemand content are on a rental basis and will
expire 48 hours after first viewing.
6. HDMI device also functions similar to a PC and so other
Android apps can be installed. We however advise caution.
7. For viewers in Africa, the SELECT PROVIDER function
enables you to select the ISP you are currently connected through
(if listed) to the Internet. The correct selection will reduce your
bandwidth cost. All other users should select DEFAULT.
8. Comments and support requests can be sent to support@un1ty.tv

9. Inform your friends and family about the app as the more
subscribers we have, the cheaper our content.

10. Registered users will always receive app-update notifications.
