Application Under Section – 452 of Code of Criminal Procedure for
Release properties ie, TV Videocon, Moblie Gionee, Moblie Maxx,
Mobile Lawa and two Setup Box .
The application most respectfully begs to submit as under :
1. That the application is lawbiding and peace loving citizen of India

and permanently residing at above address. That there is no criminal
anticident pending against applicant prior to so called offence registered by
nonapplicant authority against the applicant . That the nonapplicant authority
falsely implicated the applicant in the offence on the false information and
registered the offence against him . it is specifically submitted that the applicant
has no concern with the so called offence registered against him vide crime no.
3113/2017 dated
06/05/2017 under section 4 and 5 of Prohibition of Gambling Act . that at the
time search conducted by concerning police authority seized the TV of
Videocon company , Gionee Mobile , Maxx Mobile
Lava Mobile and two setup boxes that repeatedly request of applicant the police
authority has mere the fact of doubt taking the custody of above said asset .
2. That the said properties purchased by the applicant by his hard earnest money
and in the modern age the person cannot survive.
The applicant and his family is addicted of said , Therefore being legal and
absolute owner of the property he cannot be restraint from its enjoyment
considering a said fact . The above said properties is requires to be released on
Supratnama .
3 That the nonapplicant authority has completed the investigation and nothing is
remains there.
4 That the applicant further undertake that he will cooperate with the
investigation agency and made available himself as and when required .
5 That the applicant has filled the documents on records which clearly shows
that the applicant is lawful owner of the property
described above
6 That considering facts and above circumstances so also . In the light of above
submit the Honorable Court be pleased to allow this application and release the
property on supratnama.
7 That the application further undertakes that the applicant has not disposed of
sold or alienate the said property . without permission of the court.
8 That the application is ready to abide all terms and condition which is
imposed by this Honorable Court .In the event released the above mention
properties on Supratnama.
9 That the applicant is ready to furnished the bond of Rs- 200/- after the release
order .
10 That the application is bound to produce the above said property before the
Honorable Court as and when directed by Honorable Court as and when directed
by Honorable Court .
Hence this application
Prayer : It is therefore prayed that this Honorable Court be pleased

to allow this application and thereby.
1 Release the property ie, TV Videocon, Mobile gionee,

Mobile Maxx, Mobile Lava and two setup boxes on
Sampatnama.
2 Any other relief as this honorable Court may dims fit and
Proper under the circumstances be granted in interest of
Justice.
