    RE: FINAL DEMAND

    Dear Ms. Gomez:

    My client, MR. AMOR DIATE of Malpitic City, San Fernando, Pampanga, has referred to me for
    appropriate action your unwarranted failure to pay your outstanding obligation in the amount of
    FORTY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS (Php49,600.00).

    In point, you received the said accumulated amount on several occasions upon your strong
    representations and assurances that the same would be paid. MR. AMOR DIATE has
    exhaustively exerted all efforts to communicate with you and repeatedly made demands for you
    to pay your obligation. However, despite his lawful repeated demands, you still failed to pay
    and continue to ignore his demands for payment.

    Henceforth, formal and final demand is hereby made upon you to pay the aforesaid amount
    within five (5) days from receipt hereof. Failure to heed this demand will constrain me, much
    to my regret, to institute the appropriate criminal and/or civil actions against you in order to
    protect the rights and interests of my client.

    I hope that you will give this matter your most preferential attention.
