    I, Juan De La Cruz, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence at Talisay City, Cebu, do hereby constitute
    and appoint Juana De La Cruz, likewise of legal age with postal address at Minglanilla, Cebu, as my true and lawful
    attorney, for us and in our name, place and stead, and for our own use and benefit, to do and perform any and all of
    the following acts and things, namely:

    To apply for, process, pay, and claim may COR and ATP before the BIR, and other necessary
    applications and permits for me to start my legal profession;
    To attend the necessary required seminars, workshops, lectures, sessions, and meetings that are
    necessary for me to have my COR, ATP, and other necessary permissions for me to start my legal
    profession;
    To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out
    effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to execute
    and perform every act necessary or requisite to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents
    and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
    that said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
