    Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender.

    After reading some of the reviews I doubled the amount of potatoes and I was glad I did.
    This soup was so easy and delicious. Topped it with cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Loved
    it!!

    This recipe is simple and delicious. I doubled the recipe and used two bags of cubed “hash
    browns” for the potatoes. I also added cubed ham and dill, and topped it with sharp
    cheddar. Towards the end I did end up thickening the double batch with about 3 TBLS of
    cornstarch. It was awesome :)
