• Our company consists of 25 permanent employees on staff and works with approximately 20 independent
contractors in 3 locations around the world (Macedonia, USA & Canada). This allows us to efficiently
manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as maintain and host an unlimited number of clients. In-
house we have Designers, GUI Developers, Programmers, Flash Developers, Software Architects, a Quality
Assurance Team, Project Managers and System Administrators. The organizational chart is described below

 Benefits of Working with CEI

• We are a product-oriented company. Together with the client, we build

months after they graduate from university and before they start working

 Managing Long-distance Work

• Almost 95% of our clients are long distance, 50% of which are in different time
zones. How do we handle that for over 5 years?
• We use a very user-friendly task management and tracking system that
incorporates the Clients, the Project/Product and each Member of the
Development Team into one place where everyone tracks the progress on a
daily basis. Each team has a dedicated Project Manager.
• For Clients in a different time zones, we have adjusted work schedules to
accommodate seamless workflow and communication.

 Security Levels

• CEI is establishing bio-metric access (fingerprint

readers) at our brand new offices with the following
levels:

– Level 1: All employees can access the offices and

common areas

– Level 2: Only the employees of special projects can access

their particular office, unless escorted by a Level 2 security
employee.

 Our Servers

• Our servers are located in the most cutting edge building owned by Equinox in the Los
Angeles area. The facility hosts the servers of Google, Sun Systems, Play Station, MySpace,
Facebook, Microsoft and others.
The center has full UPS power, back-up systems, and N+1 (or greater) redundancy.
Equinix’s robust Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) system handles the
demanding cooling requirements of high-power density deployments.
• It is supplied with multiple optic fiber pipes from all of the major carriers for zero pocket
loss bandwidth, raised floors and diesel generators. The power is supplied from two
independent electrical sources from California Edison.
