    The author had a Weiler 160 lathe with a Sinumerik 810T controller. He accidentally deleted all the machine data when replacing the battery. He was able to restore the NC-MD, PLC-MD and PLC-PRG data from backups on his PC. However, after reading the data back into the machine, it now displays an "ORD 3 1 PLC-Stop" error and will not start, with all PLC diagnostic data reading as zero. He is requesting help to resolve this issue.

    I have lathe Weiler 160 with Sinumerik 810T.

    I made a mistake when replacing the battery and I


    deleted all the data. I had all the data recorded on the PC and was able to get them back into the
    machine. NC-MD, PLC-MD and PLC-PRG.

    After read in the data, I read out all data again to be sure that the data is in the machine and the
    three read out files i sent to You.

    After switching on, the machine reports an error "ORD 3 1 PLC-Stop" and I can not start the
    machine. This is the only error displeyed.
    All data displeyed on "DIAGNOSE > PLC-STATUS > EW
    > AW
    > MW
    >T
    >Z
    are "0".

    Please can You help to me, to solve this problem.
