    Dear Vendor,

    The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit your quotation for
    the products shown on the following pages to be delivered in Lubumbashi.

    If you would like to submit a quotation:

    - Provide a detailed description of the products

    To be considered for this bid, your pro-forma invoice must be received by the
    Kinshasa time of 12:30 hours on July 29, 2020.

    An award, if one is made, will only be made to a vendor, which is registered in the
