Daily Avo Toast
Two slices of ezekiel bread, toasted
Half an avocado, quarter for each slice
Some turmeric
So much sriracha that all you see is red..

half cup lukewarm water
one tsp sugar
one packet active dry yeast
mix and let sit
six tbs vegan butter
two cups almond milk
heat until butter melts
three quarter cup sugar
one tsp salt
six cups flour
mix altogether, knead dough for ten min.
Place in oiled bowl, let raise for an hour
punch dough down
split into twenty balls, dust with breadcrumbs
place side by side in oiled pan
bake at three seventy five for twenty three min.

Dumpling:
Pastry
Bok choy
Carrots
Mushrooms
Ginger
Spring onions
Garlic
Water chestnuts
Coriander
Finely chop ingredients, mix
Place in pastries, pinch closed
Pan fry with oil until bottom is browned
Sauce:
Soy sauce
Rice wine vinegar
Sesame oil
Salt and Pepper
Mix and dip!

half pound chopped kimchi
two tbs kimchi brine
half tsp sugar
half cup flour
half cup water
four tbs vegetable oil
mix
oil pan, pour mixture, flatten with spoon
cook until bottom is browned or three min.
flip and repeat
flip and cook for one more minute

thinly sliced
coat with:

garlic powder
garlic salt
cumin
paprika
bake until browned

Trader Joes Green Goddess dressing
Baked from
tofusomeand peanut
newspaper article
sauce
four tbs lime juice
one cup peanut butter
one tbs red miso
one tbs grated ginger
one tbs sambal
two tbs peanut oil
three quarter cup water
mix til smooth
slice tofu
spread over oiled baking sheet
add salt
coat with peanut sauce
roast until set
nineteen min. at four hundred fifty
Coconut Lime Rice
from the same newspaper!
four tbs lime juice
half tsp salt
mix
add sliced bell pepper and black pepper
cook rice with:
one cup water
half cup coconut milk
fluff rice, transport to new bowl
add zest, scallions, etc.
