    4. The structure of offering:


    A. Using question
    Can I help you? Are looking for something?
    May I help you? Shall I type this letter?
    Would you like some help? Do you want me to post this?
    Do you need help? Need help?
    Could I assist you with that? How can I help you?
    What can I do for you? Do you need something?

    B. Using statement
    I’d be happy to do this for you.
