#Story 1

Dancing Monkeys

During the school season, it's where I had the best experiences I ever had, except for a few in
college, of course. I studied at a military school by a colonel and a rector in the city of Palmira
since the fourth grade. That year I understood that the dream of all my friends when they reached
the eleventh grade was to say goodbye with a presentation. Well, it is a show that represents all
the moments lived over the years in one, with the interpretation of various experiences, which
was created and written by the same students, in my case, a dance show. In addition, there are
songs that go according to the theme, which takes place in the month of July. Every year, it is a
different theme and a different proposal. So yeah since I was little, I had this dream.

Sometime later it was time for my presentation which was the dance of the monkeys. From the
first moment we were moved by the intrigue about what the show would be like, if we would be
the best, if we could rehearse enough so that everything was perfect, we thought about the
costumes, the choreography, so many things that worried us at that moment. Since I'm from
today, it's fun to remember that kind of thing. At that time our biggest concern at school was
having a good time with my friends.

My presentation took place in July 2017 and it meant so much to me that if I had the opportunity
to repeat something from school, it would be like this. Began us to prepare 5 or 6 months before
July, to avoid mistakes that may occur during the show. Obviously, it is one thing to say and quite
another to do. During the practices, there were many discussions about how to prepare it, what to
decide, why this way and not the other. It's hard work getting 8 students to agree on something
specific. The interesting and exciting thing was to see that despite the few practices they had,
things turned out more than well.

Presentation day arrived, it was morning around 7 or 8 in the morning. I started preparing the day
before type two with my best friend going to the hairdresser, we were very anxious, happy and
excited, but also very nervous. I remember that from the beginning to the end it was something
magical, probably for many of my friends it was not, but for me it was special. In one scene, we
had to go out to perform the song "Lazy song" by artist Bruno Mars. I felt so much excitement,
anxiety, nerves, and a lot of pride in living the moment that I had wanted so much at last, and that
it was being the same or better than I imagined. So many emotions that I can't find one where I
can exemplify what I really felt.

I realized in that moment that I wish that moment had lasted longer, for a chance to relive it after
a long time. I also questioned a lot the idea that everything I had wished for, practiced and
dedicated. At this point in my life, I know that moments, experiences and life itself are temporary,
that I must take every opportunity to be happy and live it. Today, every time I listen to the song,
different emotions appear, sadness, longing, joy and the desire to have the opportunity to repeat
it, not only the Presentation, but to relive the good times that I spent with my best friends and
that by studying the reasons why we all take different paths.

#Story 2

Childhood
During my childhood, like all children, while I was growing up I did not have very
defined tastes for music, but I always inclined to classical music. In fact, my first
memory with music is with For Elise by Beethoven, this is a song that really brings
me beautiful memories and now when I listen it I still feel the same as the first time.
I remember when I was little, my grandmother used to pick me up from school
every day; we used to walk together in the sidewalk while she asked me about my
day, I loved that she did it, I always answered with a smile and just in that moment
the ice cream car passed next to us. It used to play For Elise, by Beethoven and I
really loved that song.
Every day of the week I waited for the ice cream car to listen its classical song and
obviously buy an ice cream. Years later, the ice cream car stopped passing and I
did not understand why, but I really missed listening its song so in that moment I
decided that I was going to learn how to play that song in an instrument and 1
years later, I started to play piano, it was the first song that I can play completely in
piano.
The feeling that I had when I finally could play that song completely was
indescribable, that was the first important decision that I made in my life and for
which I worked a lot and even today when I sit down at the piano and play that
song I still feel proud of myself and I keep remembering those beautiful moments
with my grandmother.
