Tasks and Activities- Reflection (January 21-24, 2020) – Week 2
- We were tasked to format the ID pictures of the Coca Cola employees in PowerPoint into 1x1 so
that it is easier to transfer the pictures into the birthday celebration PowerPoint. The HR manager tracks
the birthday dates of the employees by month and makes sure that their birth dates are recognized by the
company. Making a birthday celebrant PowerPoint for the employees make them feel special.
- We made records for the privacy conforme for employee training. This form states that the Coca
Cola employee attended and completed training on the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173),
and the Coca Cola Beverages Phils Inc (CCBPI) Policy on Data Privacy. It is important for the HR
manager to make sure that the Coca Cola employees agree and comply to the organization's policies as
they perform their functions. Also, they have to agree to report any personal information breaches that
they have been part of, suspect to be happening, or in anticipation of one happening to their Privacy
Leader and/or Data Protection Officer within 24 hours of discovery or knowledge.
- We were tasked to encode the Critical Success Factors and initiatives to develop during
the year 2019 form. This form contains the overall performance evaluation of the Coca Cola employees
and assesses whether they have reached their 2018 goals as minimum, satisfactory, or excellent. Their
grade is by letter: A = did not achieve the minimum goal required, B = achieved minimum target
required, C- = almost achieved the goal required, C = achieved the established goals, C+ = exceeded the
established goal, and D = significantly exceeded the established goal. It is important for the HR Manager
to know the status of the employees so that she can use it as a basis for salary increase.
