INTRODUCTION

Medicines are one of the important factors that are necessary to cure a person’s diseases.
“Prevention is better than cure” is one of the famous proverbs.
This Project is used mainly for medical store to maintain the details of medical
store such as stock and account. Medical Store Management Software is a General Software
developed for Medical Store .This software helps you to track all the products of medical shop
moreover it’s a medical shop accounting software. Flexible and adaptive software suited to
medical shops or stores or pharmacies of any size.
This Software help them to do Billing & Stock Management .The main goal of the
Software is to maintain the records of purchases, sales & stock details with cash transaction
maintenance. There are so many features of this system:

 Medicine Database Management.

 Stock availability.

 Location.

 Supplier Database Management.

 Billing.

 Customer Database Management.

 Employee Database Management.

As this generic software it can be used by a wide variety of outlets (Retailers & Wholesalers) to
automate related to the subject of maintaining the stock and cash flows.
This project is basically updating the manual chemist inventory system to automated inventory
system, so that organization can manage their record in efficient and organized form.

The Need of the Project:


Medical Store Management Software is very needy for Medical Store. This help them maintain
day to day transactions in computer.

Proposed System:
The Proposed System help them in many ways. It help them do billing very easily. Accounts
maintenances also become easier. They can keep track of purchases, sales, stocks & account
details. The Software is provided with all the master entries to enter any new product, or
supplier, or customer to add or modify & delete.

 At the End of they also have problem is calculating their profit, sales, purchases etc.
