Safe Work Procedure to Perform Task


1. Ensure that the safe plan is available before issuing work permit
2. Ensure that the approved drawings available to install the power transformer
3. TBT or Training for all those who are going to involve in that work
4. Wear PPE’s before start the work
5. Ensure the truck placing area is well compacted with proper compaction equipments
6. Ensure that the truck has been placed in a proper stable ground
7. Make sure that the power transformer unloading is on going with the supervision of competent person
8. Ensure that all the lifting tackles and hand tools are in good condition
9. Ensure the barricades and do not allow anyone who is not involved into that area
10. Ensure that the proper access available for peoples
11. Make sure that the lifting tackles load certificate available before using the same
12. Inspect all the hand tools before using it
13. Ensure that nobody is keep their body parts under the suspended load
14. Make sure that the transformer is secured after unloading completed
15. Clean the area before closing the work permit
16. Close the permit after completion of the work
