    Sub: Witnessing for testing of 220 KV, 0.2s class CTs (7 Nos.) at ERDA,
    Baroda and Hivoltrans, Halol.

    Dear Sir,

    As per your letter Ref. No. BRH / O&M / Tech-2/4702 dated 10 th August,
    2009 regarding replacement of existing 0.2 class CT with 0.2s class, we
    have ordered 220KV, 0.2s class CT (7 Nos.) to M/s Hivoltrans Electricals
    Pvt. Ltd. Earlier planning for CT testing was at ERDA on 22nd to 25th of
    March 2010 but could not be carried due to busy schedule of your
    representative. We have requested ERDA for rescheduling testing dates
    and ERDA revised date to carry out Routine tests on 7 th, 8th & 9th of April,
    2010. Besides, the Acceptance test at M/s Hivoltrans works, Halol is on
    14th, 15th & 16th April, 2010.

    So, kindly depute your officer at ERDA, Baroda and Hivoltrans, Halol for
    witnessing testing of CTs.

    Please give your confirmation for deputation of officer through return letter
    for the same.

    Copy of approved drawing from GETCO and test report from M/S.
    Hivoltrans attached herewith for your reference.

    As per letter Ref. No. BRH / O&M / Tech-2/4702 dated 10 th August, 2009
    regarding replacement of existing 0.2 class CT with 0.2s class, we have ordered
    220KV, 0.2s class CT (7 Nos.) to M/s Hivoltrans Electricals Pvt. Ltd. In your letter
    no. DGVCL/C&R/DSM/HIDALCO/09/10829.dated: 4th Sep.2009 (Annexure-
    B), it shows approval for 7 Nos. of CTs. And In your letter no. ACE (R&C) / EE-
    C / DE / 30 / 3752 Dated: 10th Dec 2009. (Annexure-II), it shows approval for 6
    Nos. of CTs only. We have procured one CT as a Spare.

    So, kindly give approval for this 7 th CT. This CT is identical to other 6 Nos
    approved CTs.

    Copy of approved drawing from GETCO and test report from M/S. Hivoltrans
    attached herewith for your reference.
