The key takeaways are that the general manager is implementing a change strategy to improve organizational culture and ensure ethical and legal compliance of real estate agents. This involves developing an ethics charter, revising policies and procedures, and providing training to managers and agents.

The training objectives for agents are to identify relevant WHS and ethics legislation/standards, fill out incident reports and risk assessments, use the ethics charter to ensure client awareness, follow the code of conduct, and act in a non-discriminatory manner.

Managers are responsible for planning and delivering the training, assessing individual competence, periodically reviewing training effectiveness, and considering ethical and WHS performance as part of agent performance management in accordance with company policy.
