Venetian foundry is renowned for Italian artisan technique. We

ensure that all our armatures are manufactured in the UK, by our

own steel specialists, with an emphasis on detail. The Rocco

 Experience

Rocco Borghese lighting is constructed with the finest quality blend of

Venetian soda glass and crystal mix, or pure synthetic crystal. Many

decades of research and experimentation has led to the development of

many exquisite glass finish options, including ribbed with slight

obscurity, and the clean look of the crystal droplets.These can be created

as hollow tubes to avoid weight issues. Internal frames are designed with

minimal obstructions and now include the latest advanced super-strong

but almost invisible micro-wires.

Attention to detail

Our chandeliers are composed of hundreds of blown glass elements that together, make up

elaborate, intricate compositions. True luxury lighting on a grand scale.The difference in

feel, texture and lustre quality when compared to scientific or borosilicate glass used by

some manufacturers is huge. Our glass will not tarnish or yellow, unlike other cheaper

offerings.In terms of weight it is very important to have lightness without too much

transparency. This is something we carefully consider with all our designs.

My pieces are specifically designed to work with your exact requirements – a

work of art that will not lose its beauty. To preserve the uniqueness and artistic

value of the chandeliers and luxury lighting, I do not use ready-made or off-the-

shelf components, all parts are designed specifically for you.As a high end

lighting designer I place great importance on the visual appeal of everything I

design and create. I take care not to show the inner armature of the chandelier. All

inner lighting is designed to light up as a 360-degree spread, unlike the offerings

of many of my competitors. I take exceptional care to ensure the correct flow of

light, without hot-spots by employing up to five times as many lamps than many

of my competitors.

We assist interior design studios, property developers, architects as well as

individual clients in optimizing their lighting designs, offering our experience in

the specific field of high-end interior lighting. A full range of aesthetic criteria

are considered to ensure the creations are beautifully finished; from the models to

sizes and colours, everything is considered in order to enhance the settings where

architecture, furnishings and accessories must be perfectly coordinated to create

the desired elegant and refined atmosphere.

 Implementation

once all the elements have been chosen and the workshop drawings approved

by the client, the production department will start the new creation, which will

be handmade throughout. A hand-blown glass sculpture is the embodiment of

an artist’s vision brought to life by the effort and skills of our craftsmen. Its

luxurious and unique essence can never be replaced by machine-made

alternatives

Installation and maintenance

Regardless of the venue location we offer installation and maintenance services

carried out by our in-house team of technicians. If our presence is not required, we

are happy to advise and liaise with the client’s chosen labourers to make sure the

installation/ maintenance is being carried out and accomplished safely and correctly.

Located in Mayfair

This was one of the recent

challenging projects at this

famous venue in London's

Berkeley Square.

There is a huge wall of roses

for the female vanity created

in various shades of pinks and

Verde Leaf greens that are

meticulously lit with hidden

halo lighting.

The Main Bar area had over

30 full size palm trees where

the leaves had to be detailed

in translucent champagne

glass

we also created cove glass

leaf lighting with massively

challenging bar canopy that

was intricately put together

and internally lit.

We are proud to have been

the main glass artists for the

development of this project.

LDS TEMPLE ROME

Our Chandeliers pay Homage to the new LDS temple in Rome.

We are proud to have been part of this monumental Project for

LDS , the project was very challenging.

Immense time was invested on creating the ultimate definition of

luxury vs Jewel like lighting features.

 To Stand the test of time...

Of all our high end lighting projects this was one of our most ambitious. A

unique and luxurious realisation of classical and artistic pieces. We were given

specifics to work with by the clients Architects, we worked together with the

clients’ designers. One of the most difficult aspects of producing almost Mother

Nature looking pieces was to go back to the drawing board and measure lighting

hues, kelvins, reflection with glass, weight ratios versus lightweight frame.

How we did it?

The balance had to be calibrated so precisely that anything above and beyond

would be too obvious, lighting hotspots were no longer visible.  We did lots of

research and mock-ups to balance the right sort of crystal which ended up being

3 layers of Swarovski Strass Crystal and a combination of 24ct gold leafing for

all external hardware elements.The result of which now speaks for itself, a long

journey to achieve unblemished pieces of art that to me feel like they have been

born by some natural bio non mechanical creation.
