II - PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 The above prices are Ex Works, Bhosari, Pune

 50% advance +GST 18% with confirmed purchase order.
 50 % against readiness of machinery at our works + Total all applicable Taxes &
Duties before dispatch.
 GST 18% Extra at the time of delivery.
 All other applicable taxes are extra at the time of dispatch
 Inspection if necessary the goods will be offered for inspection at our works
 Validity – for 30 days & also depend upon SS 304 price in market.
 In case of any dispute/s all the claims are subjects to Pune Jurisdiction only.
 Delivery period 1½ - 2 Months from the date of advance receipt.
 Packing charges are as on actual extra.
 Transport & Insurance charges are as on actual to your account.
 Unloading to be arranged by you.
 Erection and commissioning Charges extra.
 Shiva Engineers will retain ownership and title to the delivered goods and
equipment until. Shiva Engineers have received payment of all amounts owed by the
buyer under the contract.
 Design changes are our right to change without any information.
 Any change in specification will be charged extra
 Once order is placed cannot be cancelled at any stage.
 Price quoted is only for the items offered. All other items will be extra.
 Client will provide storage room (lock and key) for all the consumables and
imported items.
 If equipments are delivered to client and commissioning is delayed, client will have
to Store the equipment in proper security.
 Liquidated Damages are not accepted
 Limitation of Liability of all kind put together is not acceptable

Erection & commissioning

 Rail ticket/ bus ticket to and fro from Pune for 1 person.

 Lodging, boarding, local conveyance for 3-5 days.

 Medical expenses if raised, Out of pocket expenses 50 Rs per day per person.
 You will have to provide local Labour, operator, workshop facility.
 Consumable like argon gas etc lump sum charges for service providing as given
above.
 Our services are supervisory nature daily working is of 8 hours, extra hours are
chargeable. Weekly holiday Sunday extra hours are chargeable.
 Extra visits to site are chargeable i.e. to and fro bus charges, lodging and boarding,
local conveyance, medical expenses if need arises.

Following things are not in our scope.

 Civil work of machines foundation.
 Water overhead tank its connection to all equipment where ever necessary
 Starter, Electrical supply main panel
 Man power during erection and commissioning to support erection work.
 Unloading.
 Product, utilities, consumable are not in our scope
 If product is not arranged for trials in season, if season has over without trials then
next season trials will be at extra cost.
