    Greetings from Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA), with
    reference to your application #0007720 dated 01/05/2019 regarding the
    abovementioned subject.
    The technical details and documents submitted with respect of 1 - Nos. of 1600 KVA dry
    type transformer 11/0.4 KV manufactured by ABB - Spain have been examined and found
    meeting with KM requirements. Therefore, it is approved for use in the above referred
    project. However, the material will be subjected to inspection at site before installation for
    final approval.
    Note:-
    1. Please note that KM approval of technical submittal is based on prevailing specification and product
    performance. This approval does not form a basis to approve any future submittals.
    2. This approval is valid for one year from the date of this letter. The delivery and KM inspection shall be within
    the period. Afterward, new submittal needs to be submitted for KM review and approval.
    3. The approval shall become void if any deviations are found as referred below:-
    a) Material data incorrect in respect of BP, Scheme number, Material Details etc.
    b) Deviation in the physical equipment/materials at the time of installations. Therefore, the rejection letter
    shall be issued by Electricity Distribution Department.
    4. Approved with following remarks
    01.The Transformer shall be with earthing arrangement as agreed
    02.Updated name plate with country of origin-Spain shall be arranged/ available during KM -EDC
