Bangladesh 80cc to 160cc and 80cc to 200cc in India.

spare parts are available in the competitive price .

Focusing on Pricing strategy, internet promotion, point of purchase Tv


shows, Tv commercial, discount offer, print media ads to gain more
audienc and generate sales.

Hero motorcorp has budgeted 5 crore BDT for the IMC program for next
year.

Hero Bangladesh has 12 Different model of motorcycle price starts from
88,000bdt to 4,50,000bdt
And Hero India has 15 Different model of motorcycle price starts from
37,000rs to 95,000rs.

Ultimate IMC objectives would be


 Establishing relationship to the potential costumer to gain trust and
long term brand loyalty.
 Promotion activities to the targeted audience and potential costumer.
 24x7 after sales service to gain customer satisfaction.
 Brand awareness to the off targeted customers to generate sales.

IMC budget is design to promote through-out the nation .


Generally off targeted, massive campaigns to raise brand awareness and
reach more people is budgeted 3 crore BDT and 55lacs is budgeted for
targeted audience and potential customers.
1.45 crore is budgeted for Digital marketing to attract and retain the
customer through online .The entire budget is funded by Hero motorcorp
India 70% and Hero motorcorp Bangladesh 30%
