    Adverting to subject and reference cited, wherein the Government


    vide reference cited (1) dispensed the post verification procedure to
    curtail unnecessary quarries/shortfall. However, if there is any
    misrepresentation of facts by the LTP then the concerned Town Planning
    staff can raise the shortfall & block the LTP while conducting supervisory
    checks mentioning the rule position.

    It is brought to the notice of the undersigned that in certain cases


    LTPs are misrepresenting the facts/ suppression of facts/insufficient
    information for example:

    1. A Declaration cum undertaking and Indemnity bond signed by

    the Owner/Builder/Developer/LTP
    2. Self-Attested copies of Ownership Documents-lease-deed/sale
    deed / Link documents
    3. Master plan extract /ILUP extract indicating the site
    4. Drawing PDF and Application Form signed by LTP/Architect and
    Owner
    5. Latest Encumbrance Certificate issued by Registration
    Department
    6. Copy of Previous Sanctioned Plan/ regularized Plan issued by
    competent authority if construction is additional and alterations
    7. Registered mortgage deed handing over 10% of BUA clearly
    marking the same in the drawing.
    8. Structural design and structural stability certificate issued by
    Licensed Structural Engineer.
    9. NALA conversion receipt
